Ian Burrell comes to McMillanElite from the University of Georgia where he was a multiple-time NCAA All-America performer for the Bulldogs. During his four years there, Ian became the most decorated distance runner in school history by winning a pair of SEC Championships as well as qualifying for the World Junior Cross Country Team. He is also the school record in the Indoor 3000m and 5000m as well as the Outdoor 10000m. In his final season, Burrell finished 9th in the 5000m at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 13:48.40. |

Brett Gotcher finished his career at Stanford in 2007. Showing his range as a distance runner, he capped off his collegiate career with personal best at 1500m (3:44) and at 10000m (28:51). Gotcher helped the Cardinal win the 2004 and 2005 Pac-10 cross country championships and is a three-time Pac-10 All Academic selection. He has represented the United States multiple times and at the 2003 Junior Pan American Games he took the gold medal in the 10000 meters. |

Rebecca Guyette finished her career at Boise State in 2007. She steadily improved throughout her collegiate career and developed into one of Boise State's top distance runners. You can find her name among the top 3 All-Time Boise State Rankings ranging from 800m to 10000m. She was also an NCAA D-I qualifer in the 10000m her senior year. While at Boise State, Rebecca earned honors of Outstanding Perfomer and MVP. She was also a team captain, academic scholar athlete, and avid volunteer. Rebecca has shown great potential on the roads by setting the course record for the Boise Mainstreet Mile, winning the Championship Race for the USATF
Oregon Cross Country Series and being named Idaho's Top Runner in 2006. |

Paige Higgins comes to the McMillanElite from the University of Kansas where she was a multiple-time All-Big XII performer at the 5k and 10k distances. In between college and McMillanElite, Paige posted several top finishes at major U.S. races including wins at the Gary Bjorklund Half-Marathon, Bolder Boulder, Walt Disney Marathon and most impressively a national championship at the USATF 25k in Michigan this spring. Paige made the move to Flagstaff soon after and will continue to race the marathon and half-marathon distances with hopes of improving her times and finishes at major races. |

Jordan Horn completed his eligibilty at Cal State Fullerton in the Spring of 2007. During his senior year, Jordan qualified in the 10,000m with a solid personal best of 29:02. At the 2007 U.S. 10 Mile Championships he posted a solid finish among a strong field, capturing 15th place in his first U.S. Championship Race. Like his teammates, Jordan made the move to Flagstaff to take his training to a new level in hopes of representing the U.S. internationally and eventually at the Olympic Games. |

Andrew Lemoncello has been one of Scotland's best runners since a youth having won 19 national championships (road, track, cross country, mountain) to date. Andrew also has the 2nd fastest all-time steeplechase performance by a Scot. While attending Florida State University, he set school records in the indoor 3,000m, 5,000m as well as outdoor records in the steeplechase, 5,000m and 10,000m (also an ACC record). Lemoncello won 11 ACC Championships. Now a professional and returning from the World Track & Field Championships in Osaka, Japan, Andrew has relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona to continue his rise to the top of international distance running. |

Within a year of turning pro, Brianna made her first U.S. national team, garnered personal bests over the half-marathon and 30k distances, as well as road 5k and managed to start her own business, Run AZ, two specialty running stores in Phoenix with her husband, U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier, Carlos Paradelo. She has since qualified for the 2008 Olympic Trials Marathon and joined the McMillan Elite team in pursuit of her new goals: 1) to obtain the “A” standard of sub 2:39 for the 2008 Olympic Trials Marathon. 2) to represent the U.S. in international competition. |

Best known for 2004 Olympic Marathon Trials race were he, largely an unknown, placed 4th in an Olympic A standard of 2:12:34, and became an Olympic Team Alternate while also qualifying for the 2005 World Championships. He had a breakthrough performance that day in Birmingham, Alabama with a large improvement from a previous personal best of 2:21:10. He believes in group training and previously spent 6 years with the Hanson's-Brooks Distance Project in Michigan during which he set 5k and 10k PR's in 2004 and 2005. He has had some ups and downs since and had achilles surgery in May of 2006 in order to continue to train at an optimal level. He has been rebuilding his fitness and muscular strength since. He ran in the 2008 Marathon Trials in November of 2007 and early in 2008 moved to Flagstaff to continue to relaunch a running career with the help of Greg McMillian and the Adidas team in the familiar mountain scenery from his college and high school running days in Colorado. |

Relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona and working with Greg McMillan, the Irishman will test his abilities at longer distances as well as working to improve his track credentials. |
